The Hawthorne Room features a 125-inch rear-projection screen and is suitable for groups of up to 60 attendees.
The projection equipment can be connected to your laptop computer to display presentations or you may bring disks and utilize the hard drive instead. The room is also equipped with internet capabilities (wireless and hardwire), Satellite TV, DVD and VCR, flip charts and markers.
The Hawthorne Room offers an inviting foyer and opens to an outside terrace and gardens. There is an adjacent kitchenette that provides a place to set up for breaks or snacks. Restroom facilities are conveniently located adjacent to the foyer.
Seating can be arranged to suit your group: tables and chairs in boardroom, u-shape or classroom style, or chairs only if you prefer theater style for maximum seating. We can also offer up to 15 bean bag chairs with back support for more casual seating on the floor.
