Our conference center provides the latest in multimedia facilities including a 125-inch screen with computer connectivity for any presentation. Wireless internet is also provided as well as hard-wire connections.

The Hawthorne Room
The Hawthorne Room at Serenbe measures approximately 540-square feet and features a 125” rear projection screen.
The projection equipment can be connected to your laptop computer to display presentations. Or you may bring disks and
utilize the hard drive instead. The room is also equipped with internet capabilities (wireless and hardwire), Satellite TV,
DVD and VCR, flip charts and markers. This conference room also offers an inviting foyer, which opens to an outside
terrace and gardens and is ideal for registration. The adjacent kitchenette provides a place to set up for breaks or snacks.
We can also offer up to 20 bean bag chairs for more casual seating on the floor.
This room is suitable for groups with 10-35 attendees and who may have a need for more varied and advanced technical
equipment.
The Birch Room
The Birch Room at Serenbe offers a smaller setting that measuring approximately 350 square feet. The room has
internet connectivity through a wireless router – but there are no hard wire Ethernet cables. A portable projector and full
screen are provided along with flip charts and markers. Restroom facilities are located downstairs adjacent to the foyer
area of the Hawthorne Room.
This room is best suited for groups of 15 or less who do not have a need for advanced technical requirements.
The Lake Pavilion
The Lake Pavilion at Serenbe is a perfect site to host
events with 100-400 attendees. This open area building
overlooking the lake and pastures features a massive
stone fireplace, restroom facilities and an area for
catering set-up.
The Pecan Room
Named for its close proximity to the pecan orchard, this
newly renovated conference room is located in a historic
barn and can accommodate a seated group of 40.
The Pecan Room has a large screen with full internet
access. Seating can be arranged several different ways.
